The K.I.T.E. Way refers to the belief that all staff, students, and whanau will aspire to, meet, and exceed our core Values of being Kind, Innovative, Trustworthy and Enthusiastic. This is based on research around Culturally Responsive Practice, Relational Pedagogy, and Restorative
Practice. We aim to utilise what is most successful for developing learners who are well supported, nurtured as well as taught how to achieve these goals. It is our belief that building a strong foundation around relationships is imperative to the success of the K.I.T.E. Way.
